Preparing a draft
Information entered in the project preparation tool is processed in this page’s memory. The tool does not send the brief to a server or save it to a database, browser local storage or cookies. Copy your draft yourself if you want to keep it when closing the tab.
Email and your choice
The Open in my email app link may pass the draft to the email app configured on your device. Long text needs to be copied and pasted. You send the email yourself; this page cannot confirm sending or receipt. A sent message is processed by your email provider and the recipient’s mail service. Share only information needed for the conversation.
Your own AI assistant
Copying an AI preparation brief does not create an AI connection. If you choose to paste it into an external AI service, that service’s data handling terms apply. Do not share identity documents, bank details, client identities or confidential project information.
Technical access logs
This package contains no visitor analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. The hosting service may keep technical access and error logs for page and file requests; these are not automatic submissions of your brief. No verified visitor count or automatic deletion period is promised.

This page explains the current static contact method; it must be reviewed if a new data collection system is introduced.
